No. We do not charge for account setup or require consumers or businesses to purchase access or annual plans.

Can I purchase one assessment at a time?

Yes. All assessments can be purchased in single-unit volumes by individuals, businesses, or independent coaches.
There are no access or setup costs associated with our programs for coaching or accessing assessments.
However, greater time or volume commitments often come with discounted costs.

How can I determine which assessment is best for my unique situation?

We offer several assessments, and choosing the right one can feel confusing. Email us at [email protected] or book a 15-minute discovery call with one of our guides. We’ll quickly understand your goals and point you to the best-fit assessment for your situation.

Are businesses required to buy in bulk or volume purchases? Where can I get a custom quote on pricing?

No. You never need to make bulk or volume purchases. You can pay-as-you-go or enjoy extra savings by signing up for annual plans or bulk purchases quoted based on volume needed. Contact us for quantity-based pricing.

Do your reports come in other languages?

Yes. Many of our reports are available in multiple languages to support global teams. Our DISC report is available in 26 languages. Language options vary by assessment.

What certifications does Careerz Group offer?

We offer four certification programs: JPTI Certification (Job Passion Type Indicator), DISC Certification, Motivators Certification, and Emotional Intelligence (EIQ) Certification. Each program involves structured training, practical application guidance, and a credential certificate upon completion.

Do I need to be certified to use assessments?

Absolutely not; however, it is highly recommended. Certification is not required to administer assessments or interpret results. Many customers find certification gives them a deeper understanding of the tools and increases their success with clients and organizations.

If you are in an HR leadership role or have an independent coaching practice, certification programs are specifically designed to help ensure your success. Team and bring-a-friend pricing programs are offered. Contact us if you're looking to attend certification with your team or multiple colleagues.

What is your refund policy?

• All sales are final. Once your purchase is confirmed, we begin scheduling and resource allocation, so refunds are not offered.

• All assessment activations remain active, enabling initial access for one calendar year. Once completed, assessment reports remain available for 5 years from the date of purchase.

• For subscription-based products such as coaching programs, you can cancel at any time. All changes will take effect upon the next billing cycle.

• Annual plan subscription unused elements do not accrue or roll over from year to year.
